What???.... so I got a call this morning at 5:00 am asking if I would go on 'stand by'. I am not sure if it was a question more than a statement.
My beef with being on stand by, isn't there really another way of stating it.
I feel like working for an airline and being on stand by, should I be used to it??? really I am just being sarcastic, I hope you can tell. I guess a lot of lucky mom's went into labor last night and took up the few last beds.
So as of right now, we are on stand by, luckily in the comfort of my home in my pajamas. I am supposed to call at noon and see what the status is.
If not today I will have to wait until my doctor comes back from Easter vacation NEXT WEEK!!!...........unless some miracle happens and I go into labor on my own???
We will keep you all posted on the 'stand by' situation.
