"Don't get by me"

We were driving last night to Ben's work, when Alivia started talking about her teeth and talking about how she brushed them this morning.

Cooper then asked Alivia why she brushed her teeth this morning, she said that her breath smells if she doesn't brush her teeth.

Cooper then gets all pouty and turns his head away from her, Alivia then asks Cooper what's wrong and in a somewhat crying tone, says "don't get by me, my breath smells".
