31/365-When you don't know who to trust...

I scouted out a new place to take some pictures and this was spray painted on the sidewalk.
So obviously I had to take a picture.
I am running low on ideas and time lately for this 365 a day blog, I may need another field trip somewhere to snap some random photos to get some creative juices flowing or just juices would be good right now.
I suppose I will just 'TRUST JESUS'!!

29/365-Swimming

Family night swimming or better yet Ben takes the kids swimming and I can go workout,
1.5 hours to myself.
I wonder what I will think when all my kids are in school and I have 6 hours to myself?
Some days sad and some days probably happy...until then I will take the 1.5:)

27/365-Show me the MONEY!!

Ben was at some STL (store manager) meetings the other day and he came home with this little gift.
My first thought was, oh that is sweet they think now that Ben is STL he is making wads of cash that he needs a money clip.
Well yes he did get a pay raise but it also put us in a higher tax bracket (because of my little bits of income on top of the raise, anyway) so it was hard to truly feel what the raise really was.
(he got this from a white elephant gift exchange, presents that STL's buy each other is interesting)
I would like to thank them for giving me a gift that I will most likely re-gift in a white elephant gift exchange.
But until then if you would like to contribute to my money clip let me know it has a vacancy or two.

(side note: Ben has been bothered about my posts lately about him and such the pics the stories etc...I proposed to him that I thought he should blog maybe once a week, you know to tell "his side of the story") I think if you agree feel free to send him an little message on FB or a message at the bottom of the blog it will help me with my cause. Thanks~

26/365-A Day Off!

A day you can do whatever you want!!

25/365-hurry up and wait.

(waiting for the Doctor to come back, playing a game on my phone)

We went back to the doctor today, last night was ROUGH...he left the hospital yesterday with a 'barking cough' (most likely from the tube for his airway) they said just to watch it and make sure he doesn't get more 'wheezy' than he was.
Well about 3am he got a lot more wheezy, my word of the day "stridor" ish. None of my kids have ever had croup, but for you out there that have experienced that sound of a tight airway,   I was almost calling 911, I thought his airway was closing off.....SCARY!!
He doesn't have croup but does have an inflamed uvula and inflamed vocal chords. He was put on some steroids today that should help and the Doctor was awesome he works out of the practice that our beloved Dr. Lei works out of. We saw Dr. Greenberg, he is part time there and a part time Doctor in the emergency room at Primary's he took really good care of us today.
He made a few phone calls to the surgeon and that was cool because they knew each other so I felt good that both of them were making the decisions.
So hopefully a better night tonight, and hopefully a speedy recovery.
