So a friend of mine so generously tagged me. I am not really sure what the completely means but I will fake it till I make it.
1. Some of you may know this already, but I do not like using the same dish towel more than once. For example I get a dish rag out to wipe off the counters 95% of the time it goes right to the washing machine. I use about 3-4 a day. Also they mostly should be white so I can bleach them. I love to smell them and smell bleach, it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.
2. I love to read gossip magazines...i.e...People would be my first choice and then maybe US, OK or I could settle for a reader digest even though it doesn't have celebrity photos. (usually downtime on the airplane)
3. I love roller coasters, I had the opportunity this summer to go to "magic mountain" in California with some friends and hadn't been on one for a while (we all know my maternity history. 4 in 5 years I know, no one needs to remind me, I feel it everyday......) anyway it was SO FUN, I look forward to next summer, anyone who wants to make a trip let me know.
4. I secretly want to sing with the Tabernacle Choir, yes that would be the Mormon tabernacle choir. I sang in choir in high school and didn't realize how much I loved it. I have researched the process to try out and not real confident would pass the written portion. Maybe someday I will take music theory/music lessons.
5. This is going to sound crazy, but it is thanks to a yoga class I took once. When Ben is really stressed or tired and can't sleep I do some sort of relaxation exercise by telling him things to help him relax. i.e.......as you are laying there picture your arms sinking into the ground, feel your feet fill with warm water, feel the negative energy release out of your fingers. IT sounds crazy I know, but it works like a charm.
ALL RIGHT the next person who is it is Stacy Schmalz!!!!!!!

December
Life in the Whidden home is still about the same. Kids in preschool. Alivia is taking swimming lessons and LOVES IT. Bauer has found his scowl and it is hysterical. Recently painted the upstairs and found a few new things at a new favorite store. The Hobby Lobby. Flying here and there, fortunately have only gotten stuck once so far because of snow. (Aspen, CO) 24 inches in 7 hours.
So Ben a pretty smart kid. Well one night as we were watching TV some coverage about the "cyclone" somewhere. (Unfortunately I don't remember.) I asked Ben? 'Is a cyclone a tornado over the water?' he said 'isn't a cyclone a hurricane over the water' ummm...... sure..... One of those times, that will be timeless.
December plans here and there for the Whiddens
3-3th- swimming lessons
14th-ward party (huge sigh of relief at 10:00pm that night)
16th- Posey Christmas party (even bigger sigh of relief)
18th- Tim comes home from his mission in France
19th- Ben's Birthday
19th- the kids pre-school Christmas program
24th- Gingerbread houses with our neighbor friends and all of my shopping because I cannot keep presents secret.
25th-can't wait to see the kids Christmas morning. Merry Christmas.
26th-BOXING day, or here just the day after Christmas
27th-FLY to Canada(Alivia is SO excited, she can't wait to go sledding and especially make her gingerbread house)
28,29,30,31- Canada. Which I know will be at least -22 and plummet to -36 just because I am going to be there.
Happy holidays.

I love Target...
So we were at the church setting up a while ago and my neighbor Stephanie showed up with a drink with a Target logo on the side. Alivia said " I LOVE TARGET", Stephanie said me too, she asked Alivia why she loved Target so much and Alivia said "Because my Daddy lives there"........
We all died laughing, Ben wasn't sure if it was funny or not.
Last night Alivia has a little pic-nic table next to the big table in the kitchen. And she set up a dinner for her and her brothers last night.
She got out 3 plates and 3 glasses. Put a table cloth down (a table runner for the big table) got a center piece (decoration from the mantle) and filled the gravy pour-er with water and filled the sugar dish with broken up bread crumbs. It was so cute she poured all the drinks with a little water and served Cooper and Bauer some bread. Who were sitting there nicely. After a few minutes she asked Cooper if he would pour everyone some more water and he did. What a little party. She is so impressionable, I was quite impressed of her etiquette. She is such a sweet little girl.

Happy Thanksgiving
The day before Thanksgiving has been an exciting one for me. This morning I was flying out of Cody, Wyoming. And to make a very long story short. We were having some problems with the fuel truck that was trying to give us fuel. Well according to "Vinnie" the fueler the "line broke" and so the choices were, go and get the other truck or fix the line. So my Captain told him to do what ever was faster. That was going and getting the other truck. So we are waiting patiently for him to go and get the truck and fuel the aircraft. And suddenly, a ramper comes running around the aircraft and said the fuel truck was on FIRE and we needed to deplane. WE DID DEPLANE.....I yelled EVERYONE OFF NOW!!!!! LEAVE EVERYTHING..... so they all ran off, the fueler got in his truck and tried to drive it away from our a/c . (not while it was still on fire, they said it was a flash fire and then sparks started flying around) Well needless to say, we were all okay, they fixed the other truck and we made it safely to SLC.
What a day, it has been a long one. After all the excitment I have been able to get the food ready for tomarrow we are having Thanksgiving Dinner at our house and I am trying a new thing with the Turkey. 50/50 chance this will be good. I will let you know.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone, I am going to blog my list of things I am greatful for, and hope to see all of your lists too:)

Halloween
Cooper was only into his costume for a little while. The horse started getting in the way of getting candy. Bauer was done after one house, he got that one piece of candy and it took him 13 houses to eat it. Then he got a sucker and was done for the night.

Its a.....

Boy, yes one more. Went to the Doctor today and obviously had the ultrasound. I think I was kind of prepared going in today that it was going to be a boy. My doctor has always made a prediction of what it is by the heartbeat and has been right every time. Today he said "is this supposed to be a boy?" I said "no" and then he just smiled. So the tech asked me how many kids did I have and what they were, so she commented that a girl would even it out, and she then put the ultrasound device on my stomach and started laughing, well that just popped out didn't it. So there we are. Other than that the baby looked great, healthy, long legs and big feet.10.30.2007
Ward Halloween activity -update
OUr ward Halloween party went really well. Ben helped Thursday night set up all of the tables and chairs. He also hung the Halloween signs for me. (thanks Ben)
He actually helped me so much with last minute stuff. You know sometimes he acts like he doesn't like things like that, but at the activity, I could tell he was having a good time.
(I think I am on to him:)
Anyway we had about 250 people there and I think 200 of them were children, no joke. It was CRAZY. The food turned out perfect except for maybe not enough dessert, and the drink coolers had a minor malfunction. And the best part of the night we set up a back drop where families could get there pictures taken and I asked Ben if he would be the photographer for the set time, so I asked him to set the camera up, (meaning put the film in it) since I asked him to buy some on his way home. Film you ask??? yes we bought a really nice camera that is not digital. I feel like the 80's called and want there camera back. ANYWAY Ben was taking pictures for about a half an hour with no film and as I type this it still cracks me up, so bad...........SO sorry to the families who thought they were posing for a picture.
All is well on the home front I find out what I am having this Thursday, hopefully this one is not shy and will give us a preview of things to come.
Also Congrats to Ben's sister Leah, she had a baby girl "Kaysa Beth".
Hope to see everyones Halloween pictures soon:)
